During the Chinese New Year, I went to Teresa's.  I first learned about this restaurant from a Taiwanese woman's blog, so I sent the link to my sister and told her that we definitely had to go there during the CNY.  That's how I got to enjoy this South-American meal.  We ordered two Mexican spicy steaks, one pork and one Paella and Filete.  Tacos, soup, buns, puddings, coffee came with steaks/pork steaks.  The steaks were quite tasty, but paella and Filete were just okay.  My sister, who is very familiar with Central- and South American food, said that she had better paella and Filete in Central America... 國年佳節期間，我去了高雄市五福四路跟莒光街交叉口的一家拉丁餐廳，叫「黛麗莎西班牙拉丁美洲餐廳」。這家餐廳的老闆是台灣人，他太太是玻利維亞人。他倆在他們的大女兒滿一歲時從玻利維亞回台定居，所以經營餐廳也滿多年了。我是從一位台灣女生的部落格看到這餐廳的報導，所以就拉著懶人二號跟家人一起到這家餐廳用餐，品嚐拉丁風味。我們點了墨西哥辣味雞排、豬排、西班牙海鮮肉飯跟醬汁魚排。隨豬排套餐還有墨西哥辣味雞排套餐，還附上墨西哥捲、玉米濃湯、小圓硬麵包、甜點跟咖啡(你也可以改點柳橙汁)。我個人很滿意我自己點的套餐，很入味。但是懶人二號對於西班牙海鮮肉飯跟醬汁魚排不是很滿意。她說醬汁魚排的魚應該要事先醃製好。而海鮮肉飯，她說她在中南美洲吃到的不是咖哩口味的。不知道我是否聽錯?

Central and South American flags are hung everywhere on the walls in the restaurant.  Around the corners, you can see cacti.  There are also some Mexican hats.  Anyone can put on the hat(s) if s/he wants to.  Obviously the restaurant runner loves to collect antiques.  He and his Bolivia wife made this restaurant quite exotic. 到處都掛著中南美洲的國旗。角落也擺放著高大的仙人掌。樓梯旁也有矮矮的仙人掌。角落也有墨西哥帽子，顧客如果想要試戴，也可以戴著帽子順便拍照喔! 看得出來老闆很愛蒐集古董。店裡面還有一張碗，據說是乾隆時期的碗呢! 老闆跟他的太太確實將這餐廳打造得十分具有異國風味哩!

On the walls @ Teresa's, you can see many customers' messages.  餐廳內，牆壁上寫滿了顧客的評語。

Many of them were from Central or South America, which truly amazed me because I never knew that there were so many Central-/South Americans in Kaohsiung.  One customer said that the food was delicious.  One customer called Lari wrote down, "Te Quiero Mucho, Teresa!", which means "Teresa, I love you very much!"  What a typical South-American, haha! 滿多顧客是來自中南美洲。這倒是令我挺訝異的呢! 我從來都不知道高雄會有那麼多中南美洲人。有一個顧客說食物很好吃(Que rica!)。也有一個叫Lari的顧客寫著: 「我非常愛你 - 黛麗莎」。真的是很拉丁性情耶! 超熱情，動不動就說我非常愛你。(但是當你真正需要他們幫忙可能又不見人影，哈哈。)

The steaks we ordered cost NTD$350-360 for each.  The filete cost NTD$230 and paella NTD$190.  With 10% service charge, it cost around NTD$1500.  (這段英文用過去式寫，所以單數後面的動詞不用加s啦。喝呵。)套餐類一客價位約350-360元台幣、醬汁魚排230元、西班牙海鮮肉飯190元，加上一成的服務費，然後用9折卡，這樣子吃下來約花了我們1500元。

The last Saturday night of every month, at 9pm, you can watch belly dancing at Teresa's.  Perhaps I should go there one Saturday night to feel the Latin spirit! 在Teresa黛麗莎西班牙拉丁美洲餐廳，每月最後一個星期六晚上九點會有拉丁之夜音樂舞蹈表演喔! 也許改天我應該抽空去看看! 感受一下拉丁風味!
