【BELLAVITA】三源創意小籠包 

This weekend one of our folk dance classmates Ms E invited our teacher and other classmates to Sanyuan restaurant.  Since it was the first time for us to have dinner at such a fancy restaurant, we got really excited.  We assembled in front of the 3rd exit of City Hall MRT Station, and we then went straight to Bellavita for the food court, which was located in B2.  It didn't take us too long to find where Sanyuan restaurant was.  From the first collage you can see that all customers can see how the chef makes dumplings.  Since we didn't make any reservation beforehand, we had to wait for 20 minutes.  Thus, we walked around in the food court before our turn. 這個周末我跟我土風舞班的老師還有同學去貴婦店Bellavita的B2美食廣場用餐。其實主要是剛好土風舞班的同學E小姐有巧克力小籠包招待券,加上大家其實都很想找個機會好好回饋老師,所以就利用這機會,一方面是見識這麼高檔的餐廳其餐飲品質如何,另一方面是跟老師以及同學一起聚餐。不過其實很令人不好意思的是最後是由老師買單... 我們一開始是在市府站3號出口集合,然後一夥人直接走向Bellavita,一下子就到了我們想找的位於B2的三源創意小籠包餐廳。我們一夥人總共13個人,但由於我們沒事先訂位,所以我們必須在美食廣場等20分鐘才得以入場。由於沒來過這家貴婦店的美食廣場用過餐,就先在這裡隨意逛逛。這裡每間餐廳、糕點店有個特色,就是你可以看到廚師備菜的過程,所以饕客們可以安心享用。

【BELLAVITA】B2 市集式美食廣場 

There's a bakery near Sanyuan restaurant.  The cheapest bread I saw is croissants; each costs NT$10.  Each big croissant costs NT$50 if I remember it right.  Did you notice the bread on the right corner of the second collage?  Each one costs NT$200.  Likewise, you can see how the bread is made and baked through glass.  在三源創意小籠包餐廳外面就有家麵包坊。最便宜的麵包是小可頌,價位10元台幣。大一點的可頌就要50元了... 另外有圓形核桃麵包,訂價200元... 這裡連麵包坊都可以讓大家看到麵包製作過程,隔層玻璃就可以看到烘焙情形囉。

There are some patisseries in this food court.  The most mind-boggling thing is that each macaroon costs NT$90 (2 pounds)! Ms E, who went to France last month, told us that the macaroons she saw in France cost around NT$40 each.  So you can see how expensive the food in Bellavita is... 美食廣場另有其他西點店,價格不菲呀。像是macaroon,一個單價就要90元,可是像我同學E小姐在法國看到的macaroon一個充其量也才40元台幣 (也是幾近天價了),Bellavita的macaroon居然還比法國的macaroon價格多出一倍... 這邊的小蛋糕要價也是將近200元。

 

【BELLAVITA】三源創意小籠包 

Finally, there were 6 empty seats for us in Sanyuan restaurant, so the rest (7 people) had to keep waiting.  My sister and I went into the restaurant with our folk dance teacher and his family.  There are a few downsides I observed from Sanyuan restaurant: 1) before we ordered the food, the waiters and waitresses didn't pour water for us.  It wasn't until my folk dance teacher whispered why there wasn't no water, a waitress suddenly came to us and gave us water to drink! 2) Then, my classmates could finally came into the restaurant.  I asked one of the waitresses if it was possible for all of us to sit in a bigger chair.  However, she said that since our food was already served, it was difficult for them to make such an arrangement... Since I never worked in any restaurants, I don't know how "difficult" it can be for waiters and waitresses to move the food from one table to another. 3) When we started eating, one of the waitresses who seemed in a slightly senior position told us that it was okay for us to bring food we bought from other shops in Bellavita food court.  However, at some point, a waiter saw my twin and me eating sushi, and he told us that it was forbidden to eat food we brought from elsewhere in Sanyuan restaurant.  So we were totally confused.  4) I have to say, while we were enjoying our food, we noticed that my classmates didn't have anything to eat until they waited for probably more than 30 minutes, perhaps an hour!  I don't know why the waiters and waitresses didn't notice them at all. 本文重點來了 - 講講三源創意小籠包餐廳的服務品質跟餐點。講到服務品質,我不得不微詞幾句... 我們一進去都好一會兒了,服務生都沒幫我們倒水。高級餐廳ㄋㄟ... 服務品質怎會這樣? 再來,由於我們沒事先訂位,所以13個人分3桌。後來我發現有一個M字形的餐桌,我問服務生可否將我們13個人安排同一桌? 服務生說不方便,主要是因為餐點送上來了,很難換位。還說後面很多客人排隊...重點是那M形大桌根本就一直空著呀...如果後來真的有客人進來坐在那座用餐也就算了,可是明明就沒有。服務生的協調能力讓我很失望。我沒在餐飲界待過,所以不知道幫客人換位會有多困難。接著我講講這裡的用餐規矩。有一位看似領班的服務生跟我們說,如果我們在Bellavita美食廣場其他餐廳買外帶,是可以帶到三源創意小籠包餐廳內用的。可是當我跟懶人二號正在享受壽司時,有位服務生就跑來跟我們說這裡是禁吃外食。所以我們就很困惑這家三源創意小籠包餐廳究竟規矩如何。最後,我必須說,我們土風舞班的同學等了好久好久,他們點的餐點都沒送上來。我估計他們等了起碼30分鐘,搞不好還有一小時之久。當然我自己也不太明白怎麼他們也沒主動跟服務生提,可是服務生看到有兩桌的客人桌上完全沒餐點,他們難道都不納悶這客人是還沒點餐還怎樣? 這家餐廳的服務生反應、動作以及速度似乎不像客滿樓那麼靈敏。

As for Sanyuan restaurant's meals, basically they are delicious.  The prices for the food are cheaper than we expected, and there is a variety of food: you can have spicy food, Japanese food (see the soba noodles in the collage),  American food (such as a big Mac), like the roasted pork rib you saw in the forth collage, or even Middle east food.  We also ate chocolate dumplings.  Fortunately we all got tickets to try chocolate dumplings.  Otherwise, it would have cost each of us NT$220 for 5 chocolate dumplings... 好家在,三源創意小籠包餐廳的食物夠合我胃口。而且他們的餐點選項很多元,有中式、日式以及美式。甚至如果你想吃中東食物,他們也提供喔! 因為我們的同學E小姐手上有好幾張巧克力小籠包嘗鮮券,所以我們每人都吃一籠巧克力小籠包,每籠有5顆迷你小籠包。(如果是包肉的小籠包則是8顆,價位約250元。) 巧克力口味是榛果巧克力喔! 還滿特別、好吃的。不過要是沒這嘗鮮券,我大概無法狠心花錢享用吧。一籠要220元耶! 等於一小顆巧克力小籠包要價44元... 一小顆迷你巧克力小籠包相當於一塊英鎊,這讓我想起我在蘇格蘭國會廳咖啡廳點的一杯espresso,簡直是超級迷你小杯,那杯子根本就是洋娃娃的size吧... 你們從拼貼也看到這巧克力小籠包多小了,咬了1/3口後,放在湯匙是剛剛好。至於其他的食物,我們土風舞班的老師點的蕎麥麵、牛丼飯、美式豬肋排,都滿可口。托老師的福,我跟懶人二號得以享用這些美食。這樣吃下來,我瞄到老師的帳單是1257元 (含120元的巧克力小籠包嘗鮮券的費用 ->每張酌收20元台幣,所以我們這桌6個人需付120元)。據悉,美式豬肋排價位約700多元。我印象中三源創意小籠包餐廳有399元套餐,含: 炒飯、小籠包、甜點,大約有5樣菜色,不過我們沒點。如果有興趣想帶朋友來吃,我會考慮399元套餐。

Although the service of Sanyuan restaurant wasn't satisfactory, it was a special experience for me and my folk dance teacher/classmates to get together and have a good time. 雖然三源創意小籠包餐廳服務品質不盡人意,可是也算是難得體驗了啦! 重點是可以跟土風舞班的老師以及同學用餐,感覺就很愉快。只是希望日後有機會我們大夥人可以坐在同一桌,共享美食。

順便提一下: 下面左圖於Bellavita內部拍攝,右圖則是在外頭拍的。Bellavita精品購物中心是由由廣達副董梁次震夫人梁秀卿,及3個女兒梁欣敏、梁怡敏和梁佳敏一手打造的。於2009年9月開幕。新聞報導上說這可是廣達梁家砸下近90億元打造購物中心只為了圓夢所蓋的喔!
